By accessing the Saarathi Riders Lucknow website and registering as a community member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership

Membership in Saarathi Riders is subject to approval by our administration team. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend membership at our discretion. Members must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid driving licence
• Own a motorcycle in roadworthy condition
• Wear appropriate riding gear at all times during rides
• Follow all traffic laws and community riding protocols

3. Ride Participation

Participation in group rides, tours, and events is voluntary. Riders participate at their own risk. Saarathi Riders Lucknow, its organisers, marshals, and volunteers are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during rides.

4. Safety Rules

All members must adhere to the following during group rides:

• Maintain staggered formation as instructed by marshals
• Never overtake within the group without permission
• Use hand signals as demonstrated in pre-ride briefings
• Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during rides
• Follow marshal and ride captain instructions at all times

5. Tour Bookings & Payments

Tour registrations are subject to availability. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions will be communicated at the time of booking. Saarathi Riders reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves with respect, discipline, and patriotism. Harassment, reckless riding, or behaviour that brings disrepute to the community may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Saarathi Riders Lucknow. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saarathi Riders Lucknow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in community activities.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
